We were delighted to attend the official opening by An Taoiseach, Enda Kenny of the Lambe Institute for Translational Research and HRB Clinical Research Facility at NUI Galway this week.
The new building—linking education, research, innovation and health care—is home to the team working on research programmes being funded by Breast Cancer Research. In 2011, Breast Cancer Research donated €1 million to the development of the state of the art building. This donation would not have been possible without the support of Mayo Pink Ribbon and our supporters across the country.
