Outback Jacks, Ballybane Galway in partnership with Personal Trainer and Physical Injury Massage Therapist Peter Forde are launching their new running group this Autumn. Peter Forde PT operates the Physical Injury Massage Clinic located inside Outback Jacks shop.

The running group is suitable for anyone who wants to get active and live a healthier lifestyle this autumn. The Couch to 5K will run twice weekly from the shop in Ballybane on Monday and Wednesday evenings, starting on Monday, 5 October.  Peter will coach the running, pre run stretches and cool down exercises. This is free to everyone, however those who participate are asked to make a donation to Breast Cancer Research.

Physical fitness is one of the most important elements of maintaining a balanced lifestyle. The Running Group will be able to bring you from Couch to 5K once you commit to undertaking the challenge.

If you’re interested in being happier and healthier this autumn check out Outback Jacks on Facebook or visit the Couch to 5K eventbrite page to sign up.
